oseph Ayers' top priority has been exceeding client expectations through long-term relationships and providing attentive service. He has been in the financial services industry since 2017 and has served as a strong foundation for meeting the needs of business owners and their employees.
As a paraplanner, Joe works closely with our advisors to help business owners, in areas such as developing succession strategies, key employee retention tactics, estate planning and group benefits through voluntary and employer sponsored plans.
Joe graduated in 2017 from Susquehanna University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. His passion for business and strategic thinking developed further when he studied abroad in London for three months. He gained hands on experience when he collaborated with a team to generate a comprehensive market study for UX Focus, a Czech based eye tracking and marketing company, and presented their findings to company executives in Prague.
Joe currently resides in Bethlehem, PA and is an active golfer, outdoor enthusiast, water skier and freshwater fisherman.
